How Do We Start?

Simply fill our “Request a call back” form or call us on the given numbers, we will send you a questionnaire according to your needs and within 24 hours of all formalities we will start your diet.

What If There Are Items That Require Special Ingredients And Recipes?

Although we strive to give simple diet solutions, in case of any issues with ingredients or recipes we personally help you find the ingredients in your city or via online purchase and our dietitians can instruct you regarding how to cook. We are soon going to launch our own cook book which you will be able to purchase from the website.

How Will We Track Progress?

In case of Weight issues you will be required to send us your weight using a digital weighing scale and we will monitor your weight daily. In case of any other health related issues, we will track progress using blood tests and/or doctor reports. We will be more than happy to get in touch with your doctors to better understand your issues and progress.

What Physical Exercise Do You Suggest For Weight Loss?

Like diet, physical exercise will also not be same for every individual. We need to consider few things before suggesting it like your weight, working schedule, convenience, etc.

Is It Possible To Reduce Weight Without Starving?

Our diets include frequent small meals and snacks which will not make you feel hungry. So rest assured, we will not starve you!

I Have 12 Hours Shift And I Cannot Manage My Meals Just From Home, How Can I Follow Your Diet Plans?

Our dietitians will plan your diet in such a manner that you will not have to do a lot of cooking, we will give you healthy options that you can manage from home or at your work place. Most of our clients have odd working hours and are very satisfied by the type of diet we put them on as they don’t have to work extra hard for cooking.

Will I Regain Lost Weight After I Have Left Your Diet?

After observing hundreds of clients, we have understood that those clients who remained longer on our diet never regained any weight after leaving as the diet we prescribe became a part of their life and habit. We understand that no one can be on diet all the time hence our dietitians are always ready to modify your diet according to when you ‘had to’ eat out. Also, if you send us a list of menu items while you are out, we can suggest on the spot which food items you should opt and in what amount as per your current diet.
